Can I have the same cleaner every week?


Yes you can, and there is the option to change your cleaner if you wish. We will also provide holiday and sickeness cover.




Will my cleaner be reference checked?


All our cleaners are carefully vetted, formally interviewed and background checked. Following a telephone interview, succesful candidates will then undergo a face-to-face interview in their own home (or via video call if COVID restrictions are in-place). We'll then perform background checks, review references and two forms of ID including proof-of-address. Only then will we add them to our database.




How do I pay?


You will pay the cleaner direct after each clean that they complete for you. Most of our clients will pay their cleaner in cash but it is also fine to pay by bank transfer if that is more convenient. Our Management fees which are paid to The Diamond Fairy can be paid by credit or debit card or bank transfer.




Can my cleaner work evenings or weekends?


We select cleaners who are flexible and we will match you with someone who will be happy to work weekends or evenings. Unlike other cleaning companies, we do not charge an additional supplement for working these hours.
